Rally Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rallies explained<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working Rally<\/strong> – during this rally children will work in a small group of members at a similar level of age with a Branch instructor.\u00a0 They will be able to have time to work on their skills as a rider on the flat (dressage) and over fences.\u00a0 Instructors will also intorduce members to aspects of theory to help members develop as riders.<\/p>\n

Day Rally<\/strong> – this is a rally when members spend a day (10am – 3pm) with a small group at a similar standard to experience a day of activities with a Branch Instructor.\u00a0 This will include dressage, show jumping and cross country.\u00a0 We will often try to include some horse and pony care to help members take care of their own ponies.<\/p>\n

Stable Management Rally\/Achievement Badge Rally<\/strong> – Stable management rallies are put on to help members learn how to take care of their ponies.\u00a0 There set curriculums and learning for members at different stages they go from E to A Test.\u00a0 The Achievement badge rallies support the learning for tests.\u00a0 Badges are achieved by members when they attend a rally to learn about a specific badge.\u00a0 There are large achievement badges for older members and mini achievement badges for members 8 years and under. NO PONIES ARE NEEDED AT THIS RALLY.<\/p>\n

Show jumping Rally<\/strong> – members will be instructed over fences and this will include a course of fences.<\/p>\n

Cross country Rally<\/strong> – members will be instructed over wooden fences in open fields.<\/p>\n

Dressage\/Flatwork Rally<\/strong> – member will be instructed in how improve their ponies way of going on in an arena.\u00a0 Working on the walk, trot and canter and more advance moves with older members.<\/p>\n

Fun\/Farm Ride<\/strong> – this is a chance for our members to ride out in the open across fields and bridle paths.<\/p>\n

26th May Day Rally at Lincomb Equestrian<\/h5>\n
28th May SJ rally with Lucy at the RDA<\/h5>\n
29th May Dressage rally with Christine at Lawnsbrook<\/h5>\n
Riding and Road safety course Unmounted 2nd June 6.00 ,<\/h5>\n
Practice mounted 14\/6 2-4 Test 1st July 6.00 for members aged 8 and over<\/h5>\n
