West Hants and New Forest Area 14 triathlon Qualifier 27th December 2024<\/b><\/p>\n

Wilton were out in force at the qualifier this year with lots of fantastic individual and team results.<\/p>\n

In the beanies Agatha W came 4th individually with a great bean bag and Ava T came 10th with first in the run taking them to team 2nd.<\/p>\n

In the tadpoles we had two teams out; the older team came 2nd and the newer tadpoles came a respectable 5th. Millie P had a fantastic individual 2nd getting a first in the shoot, Rosie B-S came individually 8th after a fast run and Pip G came 9th after a strong swim. Imogen B came 13th with another strong swim. Individually Tabitha B came 17th and Lawrence T 18th both having rapid runs with Jasmine B not far behind with a great run too.<\/p>\n

In the minis we had Alfred W who came 2nd and qualified for the Nationals in March and Isla who came a great 12th in a tough section.<\/p>\n

The junior boys represented Wilton well, with Arthur W coming in with first in the shoot taking him to individual 3rd and qualifying for the Nationals. Teddy L came 6th after a great pb shoot and Laurence P came 9th with a fantastic pb run and all three brought in a team 2nd.<\/p>\n

This triathlon certainly showed us what strong swimmers and runners we have and that training is paying off. Well done Wilton!<\/p>\n
