What is a Rally?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rallys are group lessons, of up to 6 members.\u00a0 They can be Flatwork or Pole works (No jumping)\u00a0 Gridwork (Jumping exercises) Show Jumping (Jumping) XC (Cross country) or Fun ones like Pony Club Games or Musical Rides<\/p>\n

All rallies are organised in similar age groups called RIDES, White to Blue Ride and then sometimes we select jumping rallies by a height ie must be happy jumping 60cm.\u00a0 This means you will be with those of a similar ability to you.<\/p>\n

Booking Rallies<\/strong><\/p>\n

All rallies can be booked on-line link below.\u00a0 \u00a0You will need you Pony Club membership number.\u00a0 You can speed up rally booking by registering with Entrymaster and all your details will be there for your next rally booking.\u00a0 \u00a0 Using your membership number means your membership will be validated before your entry is accepted.\u00a0 If your membership expires before the rally you will get a note on the confirmation email.<\/p>\n

After Rallies have been booked<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note your booking in your diary.\u00a0 Some people like to book well in advance, due to work and family commitments.\u00a0 Others leave it until a lot later, once they know they are available.<\/p>\n

Confirm attendance email<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the week before the rally, you will be emailed to confirm you are still wanting to attend.\u00a0 We know things happen and plans change.\u00a0 Please reply to this email either way, by return email,<\/strong> as we may have members on the waiting list, and we can offer them the space if you are unable to attend.\u00a0 Your payment will be put of hold and you will be able to use in at a future rally.<\/p>\n

Waiting List<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a rally is Full, there will be a waiting list.\u00a0 If possible, we endeavour to clear the wait list by getting another instructor of session, to accomodate the numbers.<\/p>\n

If you are on the waitlist and a place becomes available.\u00a0 You will be emailed a payment link.\u00a0 Use this link to confirm your place.\u00a0 If you no longer are able to attend please email wilton@pcuk.org, so we can offer the place to the next on the list.\u00a0 \u00a0Again the sooner you do this the better.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A service fee of 70p is applied to each rally.\u00a0 This is less than half of \u00a31.40 +1.4% the branch pays per event.<\/p>\n
