Summer Camp 2026 – Reservations Invited<\/p>\n

Based on positive feedback from last year, we\u2019re continuing with the format of three camps
\nintroduced in 2024. Details of all three camps are as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Non-residential Mini Camp \u2013 Thursday 23rd \u2013 Sunday 26th July 2026 @ \u00a3140<\/strong>
\n\u2022 For younger or less experienced\/less confident riders, typically attending Mini rallies.
\n\u2022 Parents bring child and pony in and out each day.
\n\u2022 Typically aimed at those under 9, but older members who are less confident are also
\nvery welcome.
\n\u2022 Members can swim every day, with parental supervision.
\n\u2022 All tuition and activities included \u2013 morning and afternoon each day.
\n\u2022 Parents bring food, but children are invited for lunch on last day.<\/p>\n

2. Residential Camp \u2013 arrive late afternoon of Monday 27th July \u2013 Friday 31st July 2026 @ \u00a3265<\/strong>
\n\u2022 For older or more confident riders (for those 9 years and over and attending Grassroots
\nor Novice Challenge rallies).
\n\u2022 Fully residential \u2013 riders stay in tents\/lorries\/caravans and ponies\/horses are stabled,
\nwith option for corralling.
\n\u2022 We can help with finding friends to camp with.
\n\u2022 Children need to be confident about staying away but are welcome to go home if
\npreferred, even for a night or two.
\n\u2022 Parents aren\u2019t present.
\n\u2022 Full support is provided by instructors and Camp helpers.
\n\u2022 Includes all tuition, meals and evening entertainment.
\n3. Senior Residential Camp \u2013 afternoon of 31st July \u2013 3rd August @ \u00a3215<\/strong>
\n(Open to school years 9 and above**)<\/em>
\n\u2022 Fully residential \u2013 riders stay in tents\/lorries\/caravans and ponies\/horses are stabled.
\n\u2022 We envisage the programme running as follows:
\n\u2022 Arrive Friday afternoon and settle horses
\n\u2022 Friday evening, dinner and optional swim.
\n\u2022 On Saturday, a day of tuition followed by an optional swim, and evening activity.
\n\u2022 On Sunday a day of tuition, optional swim and evening activity
\n\u2022 Monday AM \u2013 hack around Southfield, pack up and depart around lunchtime
\n\u2022 Ridden tuition will include flatwork, show jumping and cross country for which
\nyou will have some option to pick your sessions.<\/p>\n

We would now like to invite reservations for all Camps so that we can assess numbers and
\nhow best to plan for a great two weeks. At this stage, we won\u2019t be asking for a deposit but will
\nsubsequently ask you to book via Entrymaster, with the option to pay for camps in instalments
\nto make it a bit easier for everyone to budget.<\/p>\n

So, if your child would like to come to Camp this year, please can you complete this simple
\nGoogle form by following this link\u00a0https:\/\/forms.gle\/nvBvNxbFVMnbeuFB9<\/a> so that we can begin
\nto plan in earnest. Please do so by Friday 31st January<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note that all riders must attend a minimum of 3 rallies before Camp to be eligible to
\nattend. We\u2019ll be running some general rallies before Camp and will also host a Camp meeting
