2026 qualifiers – show jumping

The weekend of 20 and 21 June saw the area show-jumping qualifiers  held at West Park Arena, kindly organised by the Braes of Derwent PC.

Zetland had a fabulous weekend with 12 combinations qualified to compete at the respective championships.

Jemima H came 4th in a big 70cm class

Phebe M came 6th in the 70+ class on a new ride for her.

Our 80cm team of Evie H-T, Phebe, Jemima and Alice B came 5th with a double clear from Alice.

The 90cm team only had a team of 3 meaning every score counts but still managed to claim 4th place with Harriet H coming 5th individually with 2 clear rounds. Her team members were Millie H and Freya G.

The 100cm team thankfully had 4 members and managed a win to reclaim the trophy which we relinquished last year to the South Durham. Great rides from Isobel C-W, Millie H, Bella W and Freya G. Isobel won the class individually too and Freya came in 4th place. Polly N also rode on a mixed team with Polly coming 8th individually and qualifying for champs.

We had one member in the 110cm, Isobel, who came 2nd.
