All activities are subject to the weather and other factors, and times and/or venues may have to be changed at short notice. If this is the case, anyone booked in will be informed as early as possible. Anyone who has not previously booked but intends to go to any activity should check the details with Lesley Jenkinson beforehand.

are reminded that they must be must be active members of this branch, and have attended rallies. Please remember that you are representing your branch, and thank the organisers before you leave. Also please ensure that you have the correct dress and tack for the event (check the rule book, or ask if you are not sure).
MEMBERS BOOKING PLACES ON TRAINING SESSIONS:
Members booking on training sessions and later cancelling without a valid reason will be liable to pay the appropriate charge, unless the place can be filled from a waiting list. Where places are limited we cannot afford to lose money due to members not turning up after making a firm booking.
