Area 5 Tet Qualifier – Area Representative Report, Congratualtions and Thank You to all

As we start a busy month of Area qualifier competitions it was great to see Area 5 out in force on Saturday and Sunday to support the hard working Tetrathlon committee deliver an excellent weekend of competition  for our members at Mostyn and Mold in North Wales – the very centre of Area5. With so many DC’s, committee members and supporters from across the area on hand yesterday to help, the ride phase ran really smoothly. There is a myriad of volunteer roles required to run these competitions and this weekend certainly demonstrated Area 5 is blessed with a dedicated army of volunteers to deliver so many opportunities for our members when needed.

A huge “thank you” to both Mostyn Farm Ride and Mold Leisure Centre for hosting our athletes over the last two days. The weather on Saturday was ideal for the ridden phase and the ground was good. The well designed course, prepared by the tetrathlon committee and Mostyn Farm Ride, all under the expert eye of the Technical designer and Technical Advisor and our wonderful Chief Steward  gave the members a great ridden phase. Our thanks to Geoff and Paul, Dominic and Simon and Judith.

Sunday’s Swim, Run and Shoot phase delivered many fantastic scores and ran as smoothly as normal. Well done  to all our competitors . See Pony Club results for the final scores .
