Area 5 – Horse and Pony Care Quiz – Report

On the 2nd April, teams from all over Area 5  gathered for our Blue Cross Horse and Pony Care Quiz. There  were six rounds and 1st place in each category gained their qualification to the JCB Pony Club Championship 2024.

We had a fantastic day of competition, with members from Minis to Seniors.

The final placings were as follows:

Minis

3. Berwyn and Dee A
4. Flint and Denbigh Black
5. Flint and Denbigh Yellow
6. Berwyn and Dee B
7. Flint and Denbigh Green

Juniors

1. Anglesey Alder
2. Berwyn and Dee
3. Flint and Denbigh Red
4. Conwy Canter Crew
5. Anglesey Riding
6. Flint and Denbigh Black
7. Anglesey Birch
8. Conwy Cowboys

Seniors

1. Anglesey Oak
2. Anglesey Ash
3. Berwyn and Dee

All teams did amazingly well and the results were incredibly close. Thank you to all the volunteers and assessors.
