Pony Club subscriptions will now run from 1st February to 31st January.

In order for you to remain a member of the branch you will need to renew your membership by 31st January each year. This also means that anyone who wishes to represent the branch at any Area Competitions has to now renew by end of February. 

The Membership Year will continue to run from February 1st to January 31st, and as a reminder, both Membership and insurance cover will automatically terminate if the subscription is not paid by February 29th. The cut-off date by which Membership has to be renewed in order to be eligible for Area Competitions and above will also be February 29th. The cut-off date for completely new Members will remain the same (March 31st).

Transfers

If you have moved in to the area and wish to transfer branches please contact your District Commissioner who will arrange for the transfer request to be made.

Inter branch transfers within Area 3 are not usually permitted unless you have moved house and now fall into our catchment area. Any transfer requests must initially go through your existing District Commissioner.
