Bennachie Branch was established in 1981 and is part of Pony Club Area 1 in Scotland.
We have a wide range of members, from Minis on lead rein, to Senior and Associate Members who compete at a very high level.
We offer lots of activities including: Dressage, Eventing, Mounted Games, Polocrosse, Show Jumping and Tetrathlon. We do lots of Stable Management and have a strong young group of quizzers. We encourage members to go as teams to competitions locally as well as Pony Club Areas, Regional and National Competitions.
Bennachie prides itself in creating a welcoming place for both ridden and non-ridden members. A place where you can learn more about Pony Care, Welfare and Horsemanship. You can join our Branch at any stage of your riding adventure. You can expect a warm, friendly and fun place to grow your knowledge on the ground and to develop your ability in the saddle and you’ll have the opportunity to make the best Pony Club pals while you’re with us.
Our club endeavours to access the highest quality coaches at some of the best venues in the area. We are very focussed on being able to do this in the most affordable way so that top training is accessible to all.
We are very lucky to have our own field for summer training and competitions. The field is situated at the foot of Bennachie’s Mither Tap, the peak of which can be seen across our membership area.
