5 Day Camp: for 8 yrs+, working towards D+ and beyond £250 (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT £225)

3 Day Camp: for under 8’s and working towards E & D test £150 (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT £125)

Camp 2026 is running from Monday 6th – Friday 10th July at Fetternear Estate, Kemnay.

Early booking this year is required to allow our Camp team to prepare the theme, lots of fun learning and adventures; book the correct amount of instructors and make it the best camp yet!

We will have our traditional Food Van Celebration for all the family following our Unmounted, Parent-free day on the Thursday which is being led by Claire Moore and her team again this year!

CAMP PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Early Bird Discount for Camp is as follows:

  • £25 Deposit payable on Entrymaster by 2/3/26 secures your place;
  • Remaining amount of £200 or £100 respectively must be paid by BACS in full by 1/6/26.

REMAINING PAYMENT:

  • The remaining amount is to be paid by BACS by 1st June 2026.
  • Please use this Reference on all BACS payments: ‘Child’s Surname’C26
  • Account Details: Bennachie Branch of the Pony Club; 80-08-41; 00153402

*** This payment can be made in instalments if that is easier.  Please make the payments over the payment period as you wish using the Reference as detailed above ***

LATE ENTRIES:

Late entries will open on EntryMaster on 3rd March 2026.

This will be 1 payment of £250/£150, NO EXCEPTIONS.  This payment will be made on EntryMaster and the link will be posted on Facebook, WhatsApp as well as on this page.
