Stable Management Sessions for Mini’s; Juniors & Seniors are unmounted sessions run during the winter months. SM is where our members work towards their efficiency tests as well as expanding their knowledge for the PC Quizzes, which include the National Quiz and Blue Cross Horse & Pony Care Quiz.
We are very proud to have had a team go to National Quiz in 2023 and come 3rd in the Mini Quiz Catergory. There are also lots of informal local and online quizzing opportunities which are great fun.
Mini Horse & Pony Care (Stable Management) is open to all members PC10 and under who are at or working towards efficiency tests E; D & D+. Mini SM is held at Caskieben Dressage & Training Yard and is run by Claire Moore.
Junior Horse & Pony Care (Stable Management) is open to all members PC11 and over who are at or working towards efficiency tests C & C+. Junior SM is held in Milltimber at one of our member’s yard and is run by Gemma Ellis.
Senior Horse Care (Stable Management) is run by Liz Craigie and is usually run as part of Full Day Senior Training Days at various venues.
These sessions are a great way to have unmounted fun with your Pony Club pals and to also earn PC Badges along the way.

Pony Club Games is open to anyone up to PC age 14 with a pony up to 14.2hh. We have members who have been coming to games for a long time and we have mini members who are trying games for the first time this year so please feel free to come along and give games a go. Games is a time to have fun with your pony and to build your confidence and your pony’s confidence without any pressure. We meet for practice regularly indoors during the winter and on the Pony Club field in our enclosed games arena during the summer.
If you want to know more or you’re keen to join in at a games practice, contact Liz on dc.bennachie@pcuk.org or book in to one of our games practice sessions on Entrymaster – Home page
