If you have any questions about our rallies, please speak to the rally organiser or either Nicky Fryer or Lindsay Best. Your times will be posted on here by the Thursday before each rally. Once times are posted there will be a no refund policy. Unless due to illness of member or pony
Please can all parents/ helpers, help by clearing up any droppings your pony makes. No hay nets or horses or ponies are to be tied-up outside trailers.
Please DO NOT MOUNT your horse and pony wait until you have spoken to your instructor and are inside the arena.
Present yourself to your instuctor 10 minutes before your time slot – if you are late you will loose training time it will NOT be added to the end of the session.
Remember to have the correct turnout for yourself and your horse/pony. There will be a strict uniform policy for ALL rallies. You will NOT be permitted to ride without your pony club uniform. Hair must be tied above the shoulder in a hairnet.
Whips to be as per PC rules for the discipline you are training in.
Hats must be tagged
NO Spurs without an appropriately tagged hat to prove you have passed your spur test or completed your C+ Riding Test

Do not tie horses or ponies to lorries or trailers and leave them unattended. No haynets outside of lorry or trailers and please clear up any droppings.
Please present yourself on time to each session. Time will not be added at the end for any late arrivals.

All tack and turnout to be as per PC rules for rally. You MUST have a PC Logo on your sweatshirt or clothing or on your horse/ponies numnah to be insured to ride anyone without this will NOT be able to ride. Long hair should be tied up above shoulder in a hairnet. Whips to be of baton type and no Spurs unless you have your Spur Test or C+ – your hat must be tagged with a yellow tag to indicate this achievement. No exceptions will be made.
