How to book your Rally or Training Session:
To secure a place at any of the rallies and training sessions it is important that you book in advance, by entering through our online system where applicable. If you have trouble with the online system it may be that it doesn’t seem to like iPads or phones.
Withdrawals after the rally times have been published will not be refunded unless accompanied by a vet or doctor certificate.

8th & 9th – Adult Camp at Iping

27th-30th – Mushroom & Junior Camp at the PC Field and Fair Oak

Dress code for Rallies:
The Rider:
Jodhpurs, riding boots (half chaps may be worn the same colour as footwear), Cowdray polo shirt, Cowdray sweatshirt, Cowdray hoodie (with hood tucked in the back for safety purposes), Gloves. If no Cowdray clothing, a white shirt with pony club tie can also be worn.
Body protectors are encouraged for all jumping and are compulsory for cross county. Girls should wear hairnets and long hair should always be tied above shoulder level. Hats must meet the current Pony Club Safety Standards. Jewellery should not be worn at any time.
The Pony or Horse:
The emphasis here is mainly on safety. Tack should always be clean and presented in good repair for safety purposes, saddle cloths, numnahs and girths preferably blue, black, brown, or white.
Both you and your horse or pony should be clean and tidy to proudly represent your club in good preparation for competitions, photos and awards.
