Probably the best Camp ever!!

2019 Camp review: Once again we returned to Wellington Equestrian to take advantage of their fantastic facilities a little later in the summer than normal. We had full use of their fantastic arena along with use of the XC and other arenas throughout the week.  A special mention to the catering team for delicious food throughout our week and the supply of coffee/tea to keep the adults going. Thank you to our brilliant instructors Ali, Victoria, Shelley, Sarah and Alyssa and Bex , just the right combination of tuition and fun for all. It wasn’t all about the riding we had a fun packed week after riding with  a PC 90th celebratory craft night followed by fun team games,  swimming at Basingstoke Aquadrome and last but not least Karaoke night.  We held E,D,D+ and C tests on the Monday with lots of our members enjoying their success.   Finished off with our annual Dressage with a twist as this year it was done in rides to music and in fancy dress just to remind our members that dressage is fun!!! Our final mini/major pairs SJ competition went brilliantly  supported as always by lots of parents/grandparents.   Thanks must also go to all the parent helpers who stayed overnight, provided daytime cover and all those who sent in delicious cakes we could not run camp with out you.

Seniors Annual Clinic

13th and 14th August 2019 at Church Farm

A great start to the summer holiday’s last Monday, Senior Clinic at Church Farm. Excellent tuition as usual from Sarah Ward all had a chance to improve their flat work, show jumping and cross country and not to mention some stable management too!
This was followed by a very successful two day AH Clinic attended by Pony Club members from all over the country.

Members wishing to attend B Test clinics should refer to the Area 14 calendar.

Details of A and AH training clinics can be found on the Pony Club National site.

Please let Sophie know if you are planning to attend B or A/AH Test clinics.
