Groups:
Groups will be put together once the rally/training has closed. An email will be sent out from the organiser/booking system notifying you of your allocated time approximately 2 days before the event.
When putting groups together we take into account many items such as peer groups, riding standards and time requests. We cannot always guarantee to meet these requests, but we try our best. If there are any spare places needing filling, these will be advertised on our Facebook group.
Up to 14 days before the rally:
Please email the rally organiser (as shown on your confirmation email). You will not be charged, however there will still be the cost of the admin fee.
Less than 14 days before the rally:
Please email the rally organiser (as shown on your confirmation email). At this stage you will be charged unless one of the following is provided:
1) A medical certificate
2) A vet certificate
3) Your place can be filled with a paying member who is appropriate to the group. (If the group is not full, you will still be expected to cover the cost of the session).
The cost of the admin fee will still be charged.
Please give as much notice as possible and cancel your place if you cannot make it.
