PC Camp Venue – Lesley Smith – Brocklerigg, Hoddom, Lockerbie DG11 1AN
  • Follow postcode turning off the main road (wooden sign at road end says ‘Mainholm’ with a small red reflective triangle) follow the road and keep right at the grass triangle -postcode will want you to bear left!  Keep driving – past sandstone cottage and another sandstone house then track turns to forest type track. Up over the bridge (the bridge takes a large class 2 lorry fully loaded no problem) and we are the white farmhouse at the end.

Open Show Venue – Kirsty Errington-Anderson – Millriggs Farm, Hutton, Boreland, Lockerbie, DG11 2PB
  • Into Boreland, head up the hill, past church. First right after Church. Follow track for half a mile passing through first steading and little cottage. Signposted Millriggs
Breconbeds Equestrian, Kirtlebridge, Lockerbie DG11 3NA
  • From the M74 at junction 20 (Eaglesfields), head towards Annan, up the hill over the hump back bridge and round the sharp right hand bend and its the first entrance on the right. Drive behind the wooden stables and park in front of the arena gable end. Plenty of parking if we use the one way system.

  • 8 miles from the M74, north bound and south bound motorway traffic should exit at Moffat and head towards Dumfries along the A701.  You will see the very large Eden Festival sign, turn right there.  If you get to St Anns Bridge (with traffic lights, you have gone too far, turn around and head back.  It is also the same location as Moffat Show.
The Lockerbie Livery Arena
  • Situated on the Lockerbie to Dalton Road. Almost opposite the Sure Hotel turning.  the Dalton side of the flyover.  Parking very limited
Katie Nairn – South Hayrigg, Lockerbie DG11 1BJ
  • Situated on the Lockerbie to Dalton Road. From the Queens Hotel roundabout take the Dalton exit, drive for 1/2 a mile, up the hill and you will pass a long black & white cottage on your right, South Hayrigg Arena is opposite there.  Parking is very limited.
Ashley Henderson – Leafield, Lockerbie DG11 1BJ
  • Situated on the Lockerbie to Dalton Road. From the Queens Hotel roundabout take the Dalton exit, drive for 1/2 a mile, up the hill and you will pass South Hayrigg arena and Ashleys is the next house along the left hand side next to road.
Sir John Buchannan-Jardine – Rally Field at Kettleholm
  • From Lockerbie take the B723 Lockerbie to Annan road.  About 1 miles from the Motorway flyover and about 300 meters before the 30 mile an hour limit to Kettleholm, turn left into PC field. It is the field with a hut at the far side. Please use the gate nearest Lockerbie and close gate on entry.
Marion Vernon – Beattock DG10
  • Head for Beattock roundabout take north B7076 signposted Auchen Castle head up that road mile or so turn left signpost Auchen Castle then over river bridge then railway bridge turn immediate left down track turn in double gates on right as will operate a 1 way system.  If you are in a big lorry (over 7.5ton) after railway bridge go up to forestry road end and turn and come down track of the right rein
Margaret Kane – 1 Woodhall, Eastriggs, Annan DG12 6RH
  • From A75:- On A75 heading south go past both Annan turn offs, then take the next turning to the left heading for Chapelcross/Eaglesfield. Continue for about half a mile & as start to descend down hill take the turning on the right at the houses (if you go over a little bridge you have gone too far). We are the small holding on the right hand side.
  • From A74:- Heading South on A74(M), take the Eaglesfield junction & turn right onto the B722. Follow the B722 along the long straight & then take the turning to the left to Creca/Eastriggs/ Chapelcross. Follow this road heading for Eastriggs. As you go downhill you will come to a staggered junction at B6357. Go straight across heading for Eastriggs. Follow road & over a little bridge. As you climb the hill there are houses on the left. Turn left at these houses.
  • They are the small holding on the right hand side. The yard has a large green building with a silver race horse on the top.
Karen Dunlop – Dornock Mains
  • From Annan – Follow the B721 towards Gretna, turn right at Swordwell / Oor Coaches (Follow Goldhills Feeds signs) go down the hill under the railway bridge, continue until you get to Langlands Cottage, turn right immediately after cottage (following Goldhills Feeds signs). Turn left at the end of the road, down hill and you will arrive at Dornock Mains on the right.
  • From Gretna – Follow the B721 towards Annan, continue through the village of Dornock, once out of Dornock take the first left at Swordwell / Oor Coaches (Follow Goldhills Feeds signs). Then follow directions above.
  • Please do not follow Goldhills Feeds signs from Dornock (turning off in Dornock village) as we are operating a one way system to reduce congestion as the roads are narrow and no passing places.
David Bell – Orchard Farm, Ecclefechan, Lockerbie DG11 3JH
  • Head to Kirconnel Hall Hotel, Ecclefechan, drive past the hotel onto Lakeland View Road and go under the railway bridge following the narrow road up the hill.  The Orchard is the 3rd road on the left after you go under the railway bridge.  The signpost has a horse galloping on it.  Follow the lane down.  Parking is either on the right hand side as you enter the yard or by following track around to the right and down a steep hill.  As usual there is not a huge amount of room, if in doubt take a walk first to see where space is available.
Scott Lowther – Cherry Bank, Waterbeck
  • Head through Eaglesfield take the left turn diagonally opposite the post office signposted Waterbeck Langholm. Just before Waterbeck village take right turn through sandstone gateway sign cherry bank in horse shoes….. come down track and park either other side of bridge or gallop side of bridge.
John Edgar – Whitecroft Mains, Carrutherstown DG1 4LF
  • From Annan – Head to Carrutherstown on the A75, take right into Carrutherstown, pass the Kinmount Hotel and take a right heading to Dalton, turn right on the left hand corner bend and follow the road to the farm.
Lynn Dodd – Tundergarth Mains, Tundergarth, Lockerbie DG11 2PU
  • From Lockerbie, head towards B7068, for Tundergarth and Langholm.  After approximately 3 miles, the farm will be on the right hand side next to Tundergarth Church.
Springfield Equestrian, Gretna
  • From South – Leave the motorway at junction 22  onto A75 to Stranraer. After approx 1/4 mile turn left onto the B721 for Gretna Eastriggs. Turn right then immediately left on to Loanwath Road. The stables is approx 100m on the right. Black Iron gates.
  • From Dumfries – A75 towards Carlisle, Dual Carriageway commences just before Gretna, As soon as dual carriageway starts turn right onto B721 for Gretna Eastriggs, Turn right then immediately left onto Loanwath Road, Stables 100m on right. Black Iron gates.
Gaynor Ranshaw – South Carse, Kirkbean DG2 8BL
  • From Dumfries, take the A710 until you reach Kirkbean. At Kirkbean turn left (sign posted Carsethorn) drive 0.6 miles then turn right (sign posted Carse bay holiday chalets & Arbigland Farms), after 400 metres take the first farm road on your left (sign post South Carse), drive to the end of the farm road and enter the stable yard.
Craigenputtock XC Training Course Hire
  • FROM THE NORTH: You want to take the A702 to Moniaive.  In the village of Moniaive – remain on the A702 and head out towards St John’s Town of Dalry.  After approximately 3 miles from Moniaive – you will come to a turning on the left signposted to Corsock – turn left here. You will then pass the turning on the left to Loch Urr after a mile or two.  Approximately 4 miles after passing the left turn to Loch Urr – you will come to a turning on the left signposted to Dunscore – turn left here.  Immediately after you’ve turned left to Dunscore – start counting cattle grids! As soon as you have gone over the third cattle grid, going down hill – the turning to Craigenputtock is approximately 50 yards from the third cattle grid – on your left.
  • FROM THE SOUTH, THE EAST, OR THE WEST: You want to get onto the A75 Dumfries/Stranraer road.  In the village of Crocketford turn north onto the A712 to Corsock.  In the village of Corsock – take the turning signposted to Moniaive and after approximately 2 miles you will come to a turning on the right signposted to Dunscore – turn right here.  Immediately after you’ve turned right to Dunscore – start counting cattle grids! As soon as you have gone over the third cattle grid, going down hill – the turning to Craigenputtock is approximately 50 yards from the third cattle grid – on your left.  If you are coming in a horse lorry or pulling a trailer – it is recommended that you avoid approaching Craigenputtock along the road from Dunscore.  If you are using SatNav – it is possible that it may not only try to direct you to Craigenputtock along the road from Dunscore but it may also direct you to Nether Craigenputtock which is approximately a mile to the east of Craigenputtock – between Craigenputtock and Dunscore.
Dalston Green, Equestrian Training, Dalston, Carlisle CA5 7QD
  • Directions from J44, M6: Follow the A689 by following signs for A595 through 8 roundabouts. At the 9th roundabout, follow the signs for Dalston / Carlisle Crematorium onto Peter Lane.  At the T junction turn right and follow road for about 3 / 4 miles.  You will enter Dalston and drive past the Co-op on your right hand side. Continue along “The Green”.  About 400 yards after the Recreation Centre sign, the double gates to Dalston Green are in the first clearing on your right hand side, immediately opposite a bus stop.
    Please open / close the gates to contain loose horses and follow the signs to park. Please do not park to the left hand side of the left track leading through the venue.
Craigbeck DG10 9QP
  • Heading towards Beattock from Lockerbie, turn right just before the T junction which joins onto the A701. Keep going along that road until you get to a T junction. Turn left. Keep going along past the turn off to Breconside. Then take your first right. Craigbeck is about a third of a mile along on your right.
