The Pony Club provides a structured training system with a series of tests to achieve. The system provides important training to learn about and practice all aspects of riding and horse care and are internationally recognised in the equestrian industry.
Working your way up the test ladder also unlocks opportunities, both within and outside of The Pony Club, including access to the coaching pathway, international Pony Club team selection and direct entry to BHS exams.
The structure is outlined below:
We organise regular blocks of training and tests for our members throughout the year. Test courses are booked as a block with weekly sessions for approximately 4-6 weeks. All training sessions within the block must be attended to be put forward for the test. All branch training courses and tests are published on Entrymaster and can be viewed on the branch calendar.
