The Equestrian Youth Organisation

Welcome to East Hertfordshire Branch of The Pony Club. We have Members from the age of 4-25, who participate in a variety of activities, from Rallies, Competitions, Tests and Camp. The Pony Club is a unique youth equestrian organisation, providing the opportunity to participate in many different sports. At East Hertfordshire we focus on Dressage, Showjumping, Eventing, Mounted Games, and Tetrathlon.

The Pony Club has been the starting point for a large majority of equestrian team members, equine professionals, and medal winners. Training is at the heart of The Pony Club, providing opportunities to build knowledge on improving equine welfare, rider safety and enabling Members to develop lifelong skills, alongside riding, and having fun!

East Hertfordshire Hunt encourages all its members to take part in as many activities as they can. We field regular teams at local and area level in Show Jumping, Tetrathlon, Mounted Games, Eventing, Dressage and Prix Caprilli. (Read our news page to see what our members get up to.)

We try to be a friendly, welcoming branch and aim to cater for all ages and abilities. Over the years we have had our successes in all the Pony Club competitions with members qualifying for the National Championships, but we aim to give equal help and attention to all.
