Huge congratulations to last week’s Quarantine Challenger, Alesha!
We had some amazing entries and it is great to see so some many people taking part. Hopefully we can keep growing in numbers every week.
We had some amazing entries for the Quarantine Challenge ~ Design a jump with a quarantine theme.
The judges had a very difficult job but have placed the following:
1st place ~ Chloe MacLeod
2nd place ~ Ottillie Price
3rd place ~ Joanna Gardner-Lockhart (rainbow keyhole)
A huge well done to everyone who took part and especially the finalists.
Prizes will be posted to our winners shortly and our winning design will be getting made as one of our Fife PC show jumps for you all to enjoy. Well done Chloe!
A huge well done to everyone who entered the Fife PC Bake Off. The judges were all very impressed with the standard of entries and have requested another Bake Off next year where they can taste all the cakes!!😂

A big thank you to all the judges and to you all for taking part!

Please see below details of a Writing Competition organised on behalf of Nicky Morrison for Area 3. The deadline is Friday 22nd May. Max 1500 words, there are different sections by age group and the prizes are AMAZING!

Here are a few quiz questions for those who would like to have a wee challenge.
I trust you are all keeping well and safe and ponies are enjoying the unexpected attention.
If anyone has any questions, queries or worries about managing their ponies in these uncertain times, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We are so used to being out and about and can chat to other parents about arising issues, whether pony or child related, that this social distancing may make you feel isolated. Any of our committee, or myself, will be more than happy to help in any way we can and answer any queries, if possible, or direct you to the right person. No question too big or small,  unimportant or silly.  If you’re not sure, please just ask. All our contact details will be on the website.
Some of your ponies will be enjoying increased work now the children are off school but many might not be ridden as either at livery, circumstances don’t allow,  or feel its not safe/suitable. With the nicer weather coming please be aware the new grass is starting to come through and precautions need to start early to prevent ponies and horses from becoming too fat and risk laminitis. Cut back feeding and reduce rugging sooner rather than later and restrict grazing, before the grass comes through fully.
We will keep you updated with any news from Pony Club as we get it. Keep safe and well.

Dear All, It is with great sadness that I pass on the news from PC HO that ALL PC activities are to be suspended until further notice. Thanks, Sue.

For Your Attention:

The Pony Club Board of Trustees has been in discussion and has made the very difficult decision to cancel all centrally organised events.

This includes the Winter Triathlon at Stoke Mandeville on Sunday 22nd March and The Winter Series Final at Arena UK 4th / 5th April.

Following The Prime Minister’s announcement this evening, requesting that we minimise social contact and non-essential travel, we advise that ALL Pony Club activities cease with immediate effect.

We would like to thank our members, parents and volunteers for their support of The Pony Club in this decision to play our part in preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Please continue to stay safe and well during this difficult time.

We will keep you updated as soon as we have any further information.

Here is a little more information on our summer camps –
