28th July – 2nd August Main Camp
28th July (lunchtime) – 31st July Mini Camp
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW?
All Main Camp places have been reserved, and there is 1 place left at Mini Camp.
We will be strictly adhering to the Camp requirements as detailed in the Initial Camp letter above.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email Karen at flamstead@pcuk.org. If you are accepted from the waitlist, you will then need to pay your deposit:

The remaining balance must be paid by the 2nd June 2025 latest. We are working hard to deliver Camp at absolute cost hence not specifying a final amount as we need to have confirmed numbers. Refunds will only be given if we can fill your space, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund if we cannot fill your space as costs will have been incurred. If you need to break your final payment into 2 smaller sums, please email our Treasurer, Emily at treasurer.flamstead@pcuk.org .
