Plans are underway already. Dates for your diary are:

27th July Main Camp set up/drop off

28th July – 2nd August Main Camp

28th July (lunchtime) – 31st July Mini Camp

Initial Camp Letter 2025

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW?

All Main Camp places have been reserved, and there is 1 place left at Mini Camp.

We will be strictly adhering to the Camp requirements, which were detailed in the Initial Camp letter above:

  1. 3 ridden rallies (completed/booked in by May 29th)
  2. Passport/vaccination check done (see below for how to do this)

If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email Karen at flamstead@pcuk.org.

Refunds will only be given if we can fill your space, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund if we cannot fill your space as costs will have been incurred.

If you need to break your final payment into 2 smaller sums, please email our Treasurer, Emily at treasurer.flamstead@pcuk.org.

To get your Passport signed off, please come and join us (kids too) at the Annual Parents’ Meeting is on 29th May at 5pm on the field.

If you can’t come (but we really hope you can!), you need to either arrange to visit Emilie Morton with your passport or send a video (photos aren’t acceptable) of it showing all current pages to her on 07791 248579. If you choose this option ensure you let Emilie know you and your child’s name too.

At the APM, we won’t take up much of your time, but we will do a brief Club update and we will also be announcing the Camp Tack rooms – and Leaders!

We will be pulling out of a hat the Tack room themes and then the kids will then be able to get together in their Tack rooms for the first time to meet each other and discuss very important things like décor and musical ride outfits!
