Welcome to Camp 2026!

Please put 14th June in your diaries for our Annual Family Meeting!

Camp Dates:

26th July Main Camp option 1 evening set up/drop off
27th July Main Camp option 2 set up/drop off
27th July – 1st August Main Camp: Monday Bonding (kids only). Ponies arriving, Ridden activity and sleepover from Tuesday 28th.

Saturday 1st August: Display, prize giving and pack up.

Mini Camp 27th – 30th July

Yellowstone 24th-25th July

We will be strictly adhering to the Camp requirements.

3 ridden rallies from end of Camp 2025 (completed/booked in by May 28^th)
Passport/vaccination check done (by 14th June)
You must be a current member, if it runs out before June, you will have to renew your membership early. This can be done up to a month in advance, via the Membership Portal.
Mandatory Marquee volunteer either set up or break down (see volunteer link below)

We also need you to have read, signed and emailed to Karen the PCUK Codes of Conduct, which you can find on our Policies Page.

Payment

The final balance is now due for those with confirmed places BY 2nd JUNE 2026.

Main Camp (overnight) £300 (Total cost inc deposit £400)

Main Camp (day) £280 (Total cost inc deposit £380)

Mini Camp £200 (Total cost inc deposit £300)
