Preparations have begun for Camp 2024, and we are so excited to share with you this year’s information!
Camp is open to all our members and we would invite everyone to join us for this memorable week.
We are expecting this year’s camp to be as popular as ever, please read on for more details.
Camp will be held at our Pony Club Field, Valley Lane, Markyate AL3 8AP. Please ensure your pony’s vaccinations are up to date and that your child has attended a minimum of 3 rallies with their pony prior to camp.
Due to the updated IT systems, there is a non-refundable booking fee attached to your bookings this year, but you can be assured that that we have extensively researched the best option available to us.
In order to book your place you will need to have a valid membership. If it expires before June you will have to renew your membership early. This can be done up to a month in advance, via the Membership Portal.

Main- Camp Costs 2024
Main Camp – £390
Payments will be broken down as follows:
Deposit £75 (+non refundable booking fee) ALL TAKEN.
Payment 2 – £200 (+non refundable booking fee) – due by 03rd May 2024
Final Payment – £115 (+non refundable booking fee) – due by 03rd June 2024
Mini – Camp (will be split into two groups with a maximum of 22 available spaces overall).
Group 1- Sunday 28th July – Tuesday 30th July
Group 2 – Wednesday 31st July – Friday 02nd Aug
Groupings will be sent out closer to the time with dates allocated for the first or second half of the week. A WhatsApp group will be set up giving you the latest updates and answering any queries you may have once we have received final numbers.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW?
Deposits have now all been taken and are refundable up to 03rd April 2024 excluding a non-refundable booking fee.
The remaining balance must be paid by the payment options detailed above. Refunds will only be given if we can fill your space, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund if we cannot fill your space as costs will have been incurred.
