The Vale of Aylesbury Hunt PC hosted a super Dressage and Show Jumping show at Addington on the 17th. A small but mighty Flamstead group were in attendance with some super team and individual top 3 finishes.

In the dressage, Flamstead had a winning start to the day in the walk/trot test. Mia went one better than her placing here a few weeks ago to WIN with her lovely pony Tilly. Well done Mia! Jess and her lovely pony Panda then secured a super 4th in the PC70.

In the Show Jumping Flamstead’s day started in the 50cm, in which Hugo was a speedy 3rd riding the super reliable Buzz. Mia and Molly also jumped fabulous clears for 8th and 10th, leaving the team in a well deserved 2nd place.

The 60cm was up to height and caused a few problems but our younger riders rose to the task. Hugo and Buzz flew around to win the class, with Jess in hot pursuit in 4th. Molly also jumped a lovely double clear. Just a few faults for Hugo on his other ride and Mia put the team in a very solid 3rd place.

Moving on to the 70cm, Zoe and her lovely pony Tom were just beaten into 2nd place with a beautiful fast clear round. Jess followed on in 10th with a stylish solid clear, with Violet completing the clear rounds for the team on her lovely new pony Hugo – meaning that the team finished a super 2nd!

Well done to everyone who attended, it is wonderful to see our younger members jump (and dance!) in such a mature and confident way.
