South Herts & Woodland Hunt Show jumping report

It was a busy weekend of showjumping for our Flamstead Members. We are so lucky in Area 12 to have so many Pony Clubs putting on excellent shows. Thank you to the Woodland Hunt and South Herts Pony Clubs for being so welcoming to our Flamstead members.

On Saturday we had a good Flamstead turnout in at the S.Herts show at Bury Farm. In the 50cm Hugo took the win with Jess riding a lovely clear for 9th. The Flamstead Harris Hawks won the 60cm with Hugo again winning and lovely clears for Molly (7th), Jess and Zach. At 70cm Zoe was a super speedy 3rd with lovely clears from Chloe and Nichole. The Flamstead Falcons won the 80cm with lovely clears from Zoe (1st), Jemima (7th), Chloe (10th) and Nicole (11th). And to finish the day in the 90cm Chloe had a fabulous individual 2nd place.

On Sunday came the Woodland Hunt PC show at BCA. A small Flamstead contingent in attendance and no team competition but some excellent results in big classes over spooky courses. Special congratulations to Hugo and Zoe for winning the 60 and 80cm classes. In the 50cm Hugo was 4th and Euan 5th. Flo jumped a super stylish round in the 60 and Zoe was 3rd and Frank 11th in the 70cm. In the 80cm Leila took a super 4th.
