Triathlon Report – Fantastic Flint & Denbigh – 22/02/26

The Branch was firing on all cylinders today at the Triathlon in Mold organised by the Area 5 Tetrathlon Committee. We had 27 members entered made into 7 teams.  There were 18 teams forward and WE WON ! We were also 3^rd. Brilliant.

The young winning team was Zoe James, twins – Megan and Alys Evans and Catrin Morgan. The third team was Orla Kissane, Casper Kissane, Finley Eastwood and Joseff James.

Individual achievements were :-

• Orla K won the Senior Girls.
• Casper K won the Junior Boys.
• Zoe J, Catrin M and Megan E  came 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd respectively in the Mini Girls.
• Zoe had the top Fnd shoot score 920.
• Joseff J won the Tadpole Boys.

Lyla L came 4^th   Tadpole Girl in her 1^st competition. Little Nansi Evans came 8/12 in this class shooting for the first time in a competition.

Anni Edwards won the Beanie Girls.

So they were fantastic.

The run was very slippery which was expected but the “hill” was not included – much to everyone’s relief.

Ex FnD Tetter Ben Read had entered the Wrinklie Class along with 8 other ex tetters. They had a really fun day and competition was fierce !
