Branch AGM

Our branch AGM/ Parents & Members evening will be held on Tuesday 17th Feb at Llandyrnog Village Hall. Refreshments will be provided and there will be guest speakers. Please make every effort to attend.

Feedback

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mary Young for all her help and advice in her role dealing with the Feedback from parents and members. Mary has decided to step down from this role. Best wishes to Mary.

Area 5 Dri Tri – Results

80+ competitors shot, ran and swam their way to success at the first of the Area 5 Mold Triathlons, and 24 of them were F&D hunt Branch!

It was a very wet day so the runners and stewards had to cope with rain and mud but Tetters are tough.

There were 24 teams competing from 9 Branches and one Centre, Darlington, which seems to go from strength to strength. The winning team was CHS but F&D were a creditable close second. The team was Catrin Morgan, Zoe James, Casper Kissane and Neisha Roberts.

Notable achievements were:

• Neisha 2nd Senior girls with top run
• Casper 3rd Junior boys with top run and an amazing (for him) 800 shoot
• Catrin 3rd Mini Girls with top swim
• Zoe 5th Mini Girl with top run under 4 mins
• Finlay won the Beanie Boys
• Ioan won the Boys Biathlon
• Anni Edwards won the Beanie Girls
• Anni Morgan shot 680 in her first shooting competition
