Efficiency Tests
As you are all aware Aloma is now running Efficiency Tests.
These start at E and go right up to A test.
There is a recommended age for each test which we try to adhere to.
These tests are not a competition, but a good sounding platform for a member’s horsemanship and riding skills as they develop through Pony Club.
We are a youth training organisation so having goals to develop each member’s required needs around a framework we can all follow is positive and helpful to all.
Happy training everyone and enjoy!!
Senior Tetrathletes Training Camp plus International 2026
The Senior International Tetrathlon 2026 will be in Australia. Only a small team will be sent so competition for places will be fierce! This year’s International competition in Ireland is not considered as overseas so those that took part are eligible for consideration.
Prior to that, and open to more people, is the February Half Term Training Camp at Bath University (no horses involved). The precise dates and application process will be advertised shortly.
Preliminary information:
- Competitors must have competed at Intermediate or Open at the Champs. in 2024
- 12 male and 12 female places.
- No B test required for this camp.
- If selected the competitors must arrive fit
- Application letters must be completed in the competitors own words (not parents)
- Previous attendees most welcome
Anyone hoping to go to Australia in 2026 should aim to attend.
