Pony Club Tests & Syllabuses

The The Pony Club training pathway is designed to help members progress step-by-step in riding, horse care and horsemanship. Tests range from beginner level through to advanced professional-standard qualifications, giving riders clear goals as they develop confidence, knowledge and practical skills.

How the Pony Club Test System Works

Pony Club tests follow a structured pathway from E Test through to the prestigious A Test. Along the way, members learn:

  • Road and riding safety
  • Equine welfare and anatomy
  • Training and coaching principles

Many tests include both Riding section and Horse and Pony Care sections.
