May brings us Pony Club racing month. Yesterday was Wincanton race day with Wyle Valley Pony Club. We can highly recommend a trip down to Wincanton for first timers. Geoff and Ann Andrew’s are organisers and are very helpful if you have any queries about the event.
Pony Club race days are great experience for the children. It can take them all over the country to ride at top race tracks. They also run PRA unmounted training alongside the day so if you’re not quite ready yet, but want to find out more about racing they are a great way to get involved. Race days are all free entry for spectators so come join the next one!
