Welcome to Hambledon Hunt North Pony Club
Hambledon Hunt North Pony Club is part of Area 13, we have over 100 members between the ages 5-25. We are a medium size pony club covering the Meon Valley area. The club is friendly and encourages a wide level of riding and a range of different activities.
We have instructors with a vast amounts of experience in all areas of horsemanship. They offer a wide range of rallies and training including cross country, show jumping and flatwork. To find out more please look at our rally pages.
The Hambledon Hunt North pony club base is in Warnford and we have excellent facilities on site with a full show jumping/arena eventing course and a large field for cross country training. In the Summer we hold a junior day camp at our Warnford site and a senior residential camp is held at an offsite venue with excellent facilities.
The club welcomes all levels of ability and for those who wish to compete we have regular competitions, both club and area based. Over the years our teams have had much success with children attending both national and regional finals. Several of our members have also gone on to represent Great Britain.
Members are also encouraged to take the pony club efficiency tests form E-A, Riding and Road Safety and pony club badge rallies which are for the younger members. We have recently introduced rallies at more offsite venues and Pilates for children who are interested in improving rider fitness.
Each year we hold an awards evening to celebrate those children and ponies with the greatest achievements for the previous year.
Overall, we encourage members to have, good manners, good sportsmanship and excellent turn out when representing the club and at our rallies and wish to ensure children have fun in their learning what ever their chosen discipline.
