When you attend a rally, we want you to have fun, make friends, enjoy your pony and learn something new!

But……our members also need to remember that they are representing our pony club and need to be courteous and respectful at all times. So that everyone is aware of what is expected of them, we have listed some rules below.

Rally Rules

All rallies need to be booked in advance and closing dates for entries will be either a Wednesday at midnight for weekend rallies and Sunday at midnight for mid-week rallies.  You will then be contacted by the rally organiser a couple of days before to confirm your time.  Arrive at a rally in time to get yourself and your pony ready for the lesson.  If you are late it is polite to apologize to your instructor. If for any reason, you are unable to attend, please let your rally organiser know as soon as possible, if you cancel more than a week before the rally, you will receive a refund for your booking.  At the end of the rally, it is polite to thank your instructor before leaving the arena. Please ensure that any droppings are collected from the car park before you leave and do not tie haynets on the outside of lorries/trailers. Follow any venue rules regarding signing in and out on arrival and leaving.
