Area 7 Dressage Qualifiers at Solihull

 

Area 7 Dressage Qualifiers 2026
We had the most amazing day at the Pony Club Area 7 Dressage Qualifiers at Solihull! So proud of how well turned out all our horses and riders were, it was lovely to see all of you helping and supporting each other all day. Every one of our riders qualified for the Championships which is a huge achievement!
In the PC70 class we had two teams. The Ludlow Linnets, Olivia Beaumont came 6th individually, Eva Compton came 2nd individually and Connie Targett 11th individually. As a team they were 6th place and have qualified for the Regional Championships!
Our Ludlow Swifts team of Olivia Beaumont came 1st place individually, Ruby Higgins was 8th individually and Olive Godwin was 12th place, earning them team 7th.
In the PC70 plus Ellena Lewis came 3rd on Que Jio triana. She has also qualified for the Regional Championships!
In the PC80 we had Ludlow Swallows Olivia Beaumont and Bob who won their section. Ruby Higgins who came 3rd in her Section and Eva Crompton who came 5th in her section. They won the team competition and all qualified for Regional Championships!
The Ludlow Larks team of Olive Godwin who was 4th in her section, Oscar Mathews was 9th in his section and Connie Targett was 14 th in her section, overall team 11th. Oscar also qualified for the regional Championships!
In the Intermediate section Zara Goodwin came 10th and Izzy Hathaway came 14th. Both have qualified for the National Championships! In the Open section Izzy was 5th riding Monohawk Dancing Melody and joined the winning Area 7 team!
So many fabulous results and lovely to see new combinations and young ponies coping so well with the atmosphere of Area competition. What a perfect start to our season, so excited to see team Ludlow do so well.
