MPC End of Year Celebration – Friday 31st January, 6.30pm at Whitminster Village Hall

This is our annual meeting for all members and parents, we will provide food for all and soft drinks for members, there will be a bar where drinks can be purchased, Trophies and Awards will be presented, Tom Bird will be our guest speaker and will be talking about his journey from Pony Club to Burghley Horse Trials at the age of 22, plus he is still an active member of the Heythrop Branch of the Pony Club.

This is always a fun evening and a chance to catch up with your friends, plus meet other Minchinhampton PC families, Sarah Goodwill and her team of helpers will be providing the food and we need to know numbers before Saturday 25th January – if you would like to attend please reply to this email with numbers of adults and children, plus any dietary requirements.
I will contact those who have trophies to return but don’t forget to get them engraved so that they are ready on the day!
