Miss Harriet – 16.2hh 8 year old bay mare

Harriet is loved by everyone, and the most delightful person. She is a forward going ride, snaffle mouthed and very straight forward. She lives in Devon at Polly Gundry’s yard at the moment. We have lots of  videos of her including some as she is being shown off by Polly’s 10 year old daughter. 

Harriet loves to jump and is a very good jumper. She would make a good tetrathlon XC horse or team chaser. She could show, do dressage, event, hunt and hack (alone and in company).

Harriet hunted as a 4 & 5 year old about 6 times. She has done lots of bits of schooling on the flat on grass, and a bit in the arena. Otherwise, she ran over hurdles for Polly about 20 times, and had 1 chase run. She has been 2nd, 4 times over hurdles. She went to Chard show jumping once over 70cm & 80cm.

Harriet is a really kind tempered horse and is looking for a new job to do. She is good to handle and do everything with (clip, load, shoe etc). She is an uncomplicated horse and will make a lovely partner.
