Spring Rally Programme – Book now

The Spring Rally Programme is out now.

Book NOW for rallies running from 29th March to 28th June 2024.

The Spring Rally Programme is out now, view the rally programme, select the rallies you’d like to attend and please book via the Google Form Rally Slip.

Please book this season’s rallies by FRIDAY 22nd MARCH.

On completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please make payment at the time of booking.

We publish times nearer the date of each rally, find details on the RALLY TIMES page.

Please make payment at the time of booking to NFHPC by bank transfer, quote your surname as reference, using the bank details below.

RALLY CANCELLATION POLICY:

How to cancel

Up to 10 days before the rally:
Please email Louise Allison, Rally Co-ordinator, at rallies@nfhpc.com to ask her to remove your entry. You will not be charged.

Less than 10 days before the rally:
Please contact the instructor who is holding the rally. Their contact details can be found on the Rally Programme. At this stage you will be charged unless one of the following is provided:
1) A medical certificate
2) A vet certificate
3) Your place can be filled with a paying member who is appropriate to the group.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR RALLY PLACE – please give as much notice as possible!

PLEASE NOTE: We are having an increasing number of ‘No Shows’ – You will be automatically charged if you do not turn up to rally that you have booked. Please think about your coach/instructor and other members of your ride.
