NFHPC Senior Camp 2025

at RAC Saddle Club, Bovington, Dorset

Sunday 3rd August to Thursday 7th August 2025

 

Our 2025 residential camp will run from Sunday 3rd August to Thursday 7th August and will be held at RAC Saddle Club, Bovington, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 6LJ.

Cost: £450

To include:

  • 5 days of fun and instruction
  • All home cooked meals, snacks etc.
  • Stables for all ponies/horses, including hay and bedding
  • Fully qualified instructors will be in attendance 24/7
  • Pony Club DC resides
  • Toilet block & shower facilities
  • Accommodation (must bring own camp bed and bedding)
  • Cross Country – 60 – 110cm
  • Show Jumping all weather arena, including full set of Jump for Joy show jumps
  • XC simulated Jump for Joy fences for you to work on angles and lines
  • Dressage – all weather arena
  • Dressage – boards on grass
  • All instructors/trainers/committee present have DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding certificates

Accommodation: On site accommodation; members must bring their own camp bed and bedding.

Entertainment: Fun activities are provided each evening.

PAYMENT:

To confirm your place please complete all sections of the sign up form and pay the deposit of £100 to secure your place. The remainder of £350 to be paid in full by 30th June 2025.

Camp payment schedule is all payable through Horse Events.

On booking, please pay the £100 non-refundable deposit via Horse Events.

Then the remaining balance of £350 is due by the 30th June 2025.

All monies are non-refundable unless camp is cancelled or a doctor or vet certificate is provided.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

All parents – Please bring a packed lunch for Sunday and Thursday to share with your family. Prize giving will be Thursday afternoon and equine passports will be returned once stables and camp area is clean and tidy prior to departure.

Mobile Phones – We will operate a strict policy that no mobile phones will be on the yard, whilst mounted or at meal times. In case of emergency, there will be mobile phones with organisers and instructors.

GOOD BEHAVIOUR AND MANNERS ARE ESSENTIAL AT ALL TIMES
