Refunds For Rallies

Now that we are moving to online payments, credits will no longer be offered for rallies, instead refunds direct to bank accounts will be issued.

Refunds for rallies will only be offered if the rally is cancelled by the branch or the pony or child are seriously ill. Regardless of how soon you cancel or when the closing date for rallies is, no refunds will be issued if you voluntarily withdraw from a rally for any reason. As I’m sure you can appreciate , venues and instructor’s are booked according to the number of members booked onto rallies & then have to be paid regardless of how many members attend. All refunds must be authorised by Natalie & the branch committee.

If you wish to claim for any rallies please email Natalie with the account name, account number & sort code. Together with the reason you are requesting a refund. Refunds need to be requested within 14 days.
