Our camp is always very popular with our members and is held at the Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead, Berkshire each year.

The dates for our next camp are as follows:

Senior / Senior Plus Camps are residential in your own tents / lorries on site.

Junior members attend daily with their ponies staying overnight on site.  An adult (18+) must remain on site at all times with the junior camp member to ensure we can keep to the appropriate supervisory ratios and assist their child as needed.

Mini members and their ponies attend daily. An adult (18+) must remain on site at all times with the mini camp member to ensure we can keep to the appropriate supervisory ratios and assist their child as needed.

 

Senior Plus Camp – 16 years plus (year 12+)   – members stay for the full week overnight with their ponies

Senior Camp – 11 years plus (end of year 6+) D+ Test and above   – members stay for the full week overnight with their ponies

Sunday 26/07 set up,  camp dates Monday 27/07 – Friday 02/08/2026

Junior Camp – Age 9 to 10 years (years 4-5) Off lead rein upwards – members attend camp for the full week but only ponies stay overnight

Sunday 26/07 set up,  Camp dates Monday 27/07 – Friday 02/08/2026  

Mini Camp – Up to age 7 years (year 2) Lead reins welcome –  Members and their ponies go home each evening

Camp dates Tuesday 28/07 – Wednesday 29/07/2026

The full cost for 2026 is:

£200 per mini camp

£350 per ‘Junior’ member (only lunch included and does not include any evening activities)

£450 per ‘Senior’ member (all food and evening entertainment included)

£450 per ‘Senior Plus’ member (all food and evening entertainment included)

This can be paid in instalments online and the first instalment is required by 31st March. Further instalments May/June. The balance will be due by 30 June. payments can be made by BACS
