To provide clarity to our members, we will provide a refund for a rally booking in the following circumstances:
→You provide us with a minimum of 5 days notice of your cancellation to our email address oldberkeleyhughenden@pcuk.org so that your entry can be updated on the system by our committee members and our treasurer can prepare a refund for you. If you would like to speak with Amanda, or any of the committee, directly to cancel your booking, please do, but please also follow it up with a confirmation email to our branch email address.
→ Your place is able to be filled from a waiting list which is maintained by the Committee.
As we book rally venues and coaches based on signed up members by the closing date typically sickness of the rider or ailment of the horse/pony is non-refundable unless you have provided the required notice above.
Refunds will be via the original method of payment (Paypal) and may take 28 days to process.
