PAYMENT

We process all of our bookings and payment through Entrymaster. We are a small branch and covering costs is an essential part of organising rallies, so we do have a cancellation policy in place.

Through Entrymaster, you will find a date on which entries close for each rally. Please be reminded that once bookings for a rally have closed, we will not be able to provide refunds if you decide to cancel or are unable to attend. This policy helps us manage resources and commitments more effectively.
