Spring Camp 2018

12 members attended our first Spring Camp for Senior members only (aged 15 and over), run by Kirsty Hardstaff.  This was held at Speetley Equestrian Centre, and was a great success.  Members received excellent instruction from Kirsty & Laura Jarvis, and had talks from a physio (Kate Van Doorn) and a farrier (Callum Grant), as well as a talk on conformation.  The foggy weather didn’t dampen spirits, and all attendees felt that they had benefitted from the instruction and talks.  The venue was great, and staff were very helpful.  We are already planning for a repeat of this camp next year.  The best senior cup was awarded to Emily Hinchley for effort, enthusiasm and improvement over the three days.
