Many questions can be answered by searching the Pony Club Resource Hub where you will find information about Pony Club tests, badges, all the rulebooks for the various sports and a full set of all dressage tests. This area is restricted to parents, volunteers, members and coaches: you will need your Pelham number to log in.
Each sport has its own rulebook, once you start competing have a read of the rules before you start, they are there to uphold sportsmanship and pony welfare. They are all on the resource hub and are updated every year.
So that we can offer high quality ridden and pony care training at an affordable price we raise funds to pay for equipment, trailer insurance and all the other expenses that we need to meet.
Easyfundraising is a national website that pays a proportion of your online spending to charities of your choice. So far we have raised nearly £1,000 and we are especially grateful to those that tick the Easyfundraising box when they book their holiday! You can support more than one cause using Easyfundraising, if you are a parent, former member, volunteer or supporter please consider allocating some of your Easyfundraising donations to South Notts Pony Club.
Sponsorship. We are so grateful to our sponsors who support the branch by paying for rosettes, sponsoring a class at a competition or donating branded Hi Viz jackets for our event volunteers.
Competitions. We aim to make a small surplus at competitions over the year and this is only possible because of the very generous support we receive from the Hardstaff family and Newark Showground.
Every Member receives insurance cover from Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd, to protect Members whilst taking part in Pony Club and other equestrian activities. The Branch Safeguarding Officer, Emily Winn, is available to discuss immediate concerns and you can visit the Resource Hub to find all the relevant documents.
