What is a Rally?

Rallys are group lessons, of up to 6 members.  They can be Flatwork or Pole works (No jumping)  Gridwork (Jumping exercises) Show Jumping (Jumping) XC (Cross country) or Fun ones like Pony Club Games or Musical Rides

All rallies are organised in similar age groups called RIDES, White to Blue Ride and then sometimes we select jumping rallies by a height ie must be happy jumping 60cm.  This means you will be with those of a similar ability to you.

Booking Rallies

All rallies can be booked on-line link below.   You will need you Pony Club membership number.  You can speed up rally booking by registering with Entrymaster and all your details will be there for your next rally booking.    Using your membership number means your membership will be validated before your entry is accepted.  If your membership expires before the rally you will get a note on the confirmation email.

A service fee of 70p is applied to each rally.  This is less than half of £1.40 +1.4% the branch pays per event.

Replacement Rally Protocol

  • Did not attend, Did not inform organiser– No replacement rally will be offered.
  • On day, Not able to attend, informed Rally organiser – Replacement rally offered, or booking held until suitable rally available.
  • Between Booking Rally & Day Before –Change of plans therefore unable to attend, informed by email – Replacement rally offered, or booking held until suitable rally available
  • If Branch cancels Rally – Replacement rally offered, or booking held until suitable rally available.
  • Double booking into same rally – Replacement rally offered, or booking held until suitable rally available.

Replacement rally does not have to be, the same combination of pony & rider and can be used for siblings.  Rallies should be of same value.  There is no cost for this to you or the branch.  Any difference will need to be rectified, before place is confirmed.

Refunds

We will only refund rally booking, in the case of long term lameness or illness of pony or rider.

Or, member leaving branch by non-renewal or Branch transfer.  In this case a refund must be requested by email to wilton@pcuk.org

Waiting List

When all places at rally have been filled it shows.   There will be an option to go on the waiting list.  You will be emailed if a place becomes available.  In the email will be a link to confirm and pay for your place.

Unpaid Rally Fees

Please use the “Unpaid Rally Fees” at the bottom of the rally booking page if for any reason you have been unable to pay before the rally.  Just select the amount you owe and input the date of the rally.
