Rally Booking

What is a Rally?

Rallies are group lessons for up to 6 members. Depending on the rally, activities may include:

• Flatwork or Polework – no jumping
• Gridwork – jumping exercises
• Show Jumping
• Cross Country (XC)
• Fun rallies – such as Pony Club Games or Musical Rides

Rallies are organised into similar age groups, called Rides. These range from White Ride to Blue Ride. For some jumping rallies, we may also organise groups by jumping height, for example, members must be happy and confident jumping 60cm.

This helps ensure that you are riding with members of a similar age and ability.

Booking a Rally

All rallies can be booked online using the link below.

• Please select the rally you are interested in attending.
• Read the description and decide if it is suitable for your child to attend.
• The number of places remaining is displayed, if Add to Waitlist is the option see below

You will need your Pony Club membership number to complete your booking. You can make future bookings quicker and easier by registering with Entrymaster, where your details will be saved for your next rally.

Your Pony Club membership number is used to validate your membership before your entry is accepted. If your membership is due to expire before the date of the rally, this will be highlighted in your confirmation email.

After Booking Your Rally

Once you have booked, please make sure you put the rally date in your diary.

Some members like to book well in advance because of work and family commitments, while others prefer to wait until they know they are available. Either way, please remember that places are limited.

Confirmation of Attendance

During the week before the rally, you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you still wish to attend.  We understand that plans can change.

New for Oct 2026.  You must reply to this by the date on the email (usually next day) or your place will be allotted to a member on the waiting list.   We will always reply to confirm we have received your email.

If you need to cancel, your payment will be put on hold and can be used towards a future rally.

Rally Start Times

• There will be an approximate time on the Rally Booking page eg from 10am.
• You may not be at that exact time. Once groups have been sorted from the entries.
• You will be emailed your time.
• Times can also be found on the rally booking page, on the Start List Button

Waiting List

If a rally is full, a waiting list will be available.

Being added to the waiting list has no charge.

Where possible, we will try to clear the waiting list by arranging an additional instructor or session to accommodate more members.

If you are on the waiting list and a place becomes available, you will receive an email with a payment link. Please use this link to confirm your place.

If you are no longer able to attend, please email wilton@pcuk.org as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to the next person on the waiting list.

The sooner you let us know, the more likely we are to be able to offer the place to another member.
