Rallies – Important Guidance

Dear All,

Further to my recent message about the resumption of PC activities, and specifically the small group training sessions (rallies) currently being scheduled, please find two important documents in the links below. The first relates to the Rules we have to impose in order to be able to run these sessions. I know these rules are tiresome but hope that you can all understand our sole motivation is to ensure the safety of all and that we can resume Pony Club activities.

The second attachment relates to the Pony Club’s Covid-19 risk assessment. This is a critical part of our resumption of activities and must be adhered to by all, including the venue, our instructors, our riders and all parents. So please read both documents carefully and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the appropriate manager or me should you have any questions or concerns. In the unlikely event that members or parents don’t comply with the rules, we will sadly have to ask them to leave. However, I’m sure everyone will get into the spirit of it and that this won’t be an issue. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

I hope everyone has fun getting out and about again with the Wylye.

Best wishes,
Miles

Dogs at Venues

Just a reminder to everyone about the rules regarding dogs at venues. In general, you must follow the rules and regulations of each venue you visit and recognise that some will have a no-dog policy. Please check the venue websites in advance.  Even where dogs are allowed, please ensure you keep them on leads at all times and ideally well away from horses.

Many Thanks
