Fridays 14/21 Nov: Dismounted ‘C+’ Care Training (Karen) – Continuation of course. The session scheduled for 28 Nov will be rearranged before the test.
Sun 23 Nov: PC Dressage Series – Port Royal. Enter through Port Royal website by 20 Nov.
Sun 30 Nov: Mounted Rally – N.B. This has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Sat 6 Dec: Flatwork Rally (Laura) – Askham Bryan. YO23 3FR. Limited time slots for YAS due to being part of a Clinic. £16.50 charge. Names to Gill by 2 Dec.
Sun 7 Dec: PC Show Jumping Series – Port Royal. Enter through Port Royal website by 4 Dec.
Sun 14 Dec: Mounted Rally (Rion) – Askham Bryan – 1.30pm start. Names to Gill by 11 Dec.
Sun 21 Dec: PC Dressage Series – Port Royal. Enter through Port Royal website by 18 Dec.

Sun 28 Dec: Mounted General Christmas Rally (Mike/Rion) – Askham Bryan. 10.30am start in staggered rides depending on numbers. £16.50 charge. Open to all. Christmas outfits of any sort welcomed – small prizes to be given. Hot drinks/mince pies. Names to Gill by 23 Dec.
Fri 2 Jan: Mounted Show Jumping Competition – Askham Bryan. Starting at 35cms and going up as high as required. Morning lower heights only. Open to all YAS members. Small prizes. Charge: £5 per height per entry. More details re times depending on those attending. Names to Gill by 28 Dec.
Sat 3 Jan: ‘C+’ Care Dismounted Test. Details tbc to those already doing the course.
Sun 4 Jan: Skate, PlayHive, Pizza and Annual Awards – Stockeld Park, Wetherby, LS22 4AN.
See earlier in the Newsletter. Skating or Playhive, followed by Pizza and annual Awards. Any under 8years wishing to skate must be accompanied by an adult, or can go to the Playhive. There is a café on site for non-members. Open to all. Siblings may join in, but are the responsibility of an accompanying adult and not the Branch. Charge £20 to include skating, skate hire, or Playhive and pizza. Names to Gill by 28 Dec at latest. Don’t forget the trophies!
Mon 5 Jan: Show Jumping training (Phil Brown) – Bishop Burton Indoor School. 5.30pm start in small groups. Priority to those confidently jumping 90cms and above. Possible space for 80cms. £35 charge. Names to Gill by 2 Jan.
