Please remember to clear up all droppings and rubbish from any venue (inside and outside) – some venues are private homes which people are kind enough to let us use.
Please also remember that all the Committee and DC are volunteers and give up a lot of time to the Branch, so any help you can give at events is always welcome. We can always find you a job, so don’t wait to be asked!!
Payment for events to the YAS Branch account by Bacs in advance if possible, or cash on the day.

Thurs 25 April: Area 3 Pistol Shooting Training – North Duffield Village Hall, YO8 5RJ. 6-8pm. £5 cost. Queries to Llian_steph@hotmail.com
Sat 27 April: Mounted Rally (Sharon) – Askham Bryan, YO23 3FR. 10.30am start in staggered rides – flat work and show jumping. Open to all. £15 charge. Names to Gill by 24 April.
Fri 3 May: Mounted Flatwork Rally (Laura) – Askham Bryan, YO23 3FR. 5.30pm start in staggered rides. £15 charge. This is intended for anyone wishing to be considered for the Area Dressage Teams, but there may be space for others as well. Dressage tests (which can be downloaded from the Pony Club website) are listed earlier. Names to Gill by 1 May.

Thurs 9 May: Mounted Cross Country Rally (45cms to 95cms inc water) (Karen) – Fair Oaks Farm, Burn, Selby YO8 8LE. £25 charge. Open to all able to canter confidently off lead rein in open spaces. 6pm start in staggered groups. Names to Gill by 4 May. Don’t forget to bring your back protector. No dogs allowed even in cars/lorries. Weather Permitting.

Wed 29 May: Branch Day Rally – Escrick Park, Escrick, YO19 6EA. (entrance from A19) 10.30am start for everyone. Open to all. To include flatwork, show jumping, cross country up to cattle grid. Remember to bring some lunch and your back protector. £25 charge.
Fri 31 May: Mounted Cross Country Rally – Manor Farm, Thornthorpe, Malton YO17 9LX. 10am start in staggered rides. £30 charge. Open to all able to confidently jump 60cms xc in open spaces. Names to Gill by 28 May.
