Wed 14 May: Show Jumping Rally (Mike) – (outdoor arena) Belmont House, Chapman Lane, Shipton, YO30 1AP (by kind permission of the Clayden Family). 5.30pm start in staggered rides. Open to all. £12 charge. Names to Gill by 11 May
**Sun 18 May: Middleton PC SJ Competition to include Junior Series qualifiers – 60/70/80. Bishop Burton College – N.B. Change of venue. Late entries accepted. More info Middleton PC website.
**Tues 20 May: N.B. Change of Date from Friday 16 May – Show Jumping Training (Phil Brown) – Port Royal Equestrian Centre. 5.30pm start in staggered rides. Priority to those competing at 90cms and above – possible spaces for confident 80cms riders. £40 charge. Names to Gill by 17 May.
Wed 21 May: Show Jumping Rally – Belmont House – details as 14 May. Names by 19 May.

Tues 27 May: Mounted Rally – Vale View (previously Rosethorpe Park), East Common Lane, Seaton Ross YO42 4RF. To include flatwork, jumping and cross country (30cms to 80cms).Open to all. £25 charge. 10.30am start for all. Remember to bring some lunch and your back protector. Names to Gill by 24 May.
Fri 30 May: Cross Country Rally – Manor Farm, Thornthorpe, Malton YO17 9LX. 10.30am start in staggered rides. Open to those able to jump cross country in wide open spaces. Fences 75cmsd and above. Names to Gill by 26 May. £30 charge. Remember your back protectors.
Sat 31 May: Flatwork Rally (Laura) – (surface) –Thornton House Farm, Sutton Lane, Barmby Moor, YO42 4DD (adjacent to Allerthorpe Common). Staggered rides. Open to all, but priority to those entering the Area Dressage. £16.50 charge. Names to Gill by 26 May.

Sun 15 June: PC Area 3 Show Jumping – 90/100/110 – Bishop Burton. First round at all heights on grass and second round on a surface. Teams entered by Branch.
Sun 15 June: Following the Area Show Jumping, Open Beginners and Novice Show Jumping 40cms to 80cms. (Intended as a warm up competition for those entered in the Regional Show Jumping on 22 June). Entries on www.horse-events.co.uk by 9 June.

Sun 12 Oct: Area 3 Pony Club Trip to HOYS – NEC Birmingham – Sunday 12 October Daytime Performance. Bookings open now – https://www.horse-events.co.uk/horse-events/pony-club-hoys-trips/ Booking closes: 30 June 2025. Under 15 and Senior Citizens 60 & Over £60 – Everyone else £65. Ticket price includes reserved seating (B band tickets) to watch the Daytime performances in the Andrew Bowen International Arena, access to the Top Spec Arena and all day entry to the extensive Retail Village. Also included is coach travel from Nuthill Farm, Aberford (adjacent to A1). Coach departure times will be confirmed in due course but approx. 7.30am. Return journey will leave HOYS at approx. 6pm – to be confirmed – to arrive in Aberford approx. 9pm. The Gill family have kindly given permission for us to leave vehicles at the farm, but please car share/arrange lifts where possible to minimise disruption. All children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult and will remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian throughout the trip.
