Car Boot at Myerscough- Donations Needed
We are running a stall at the Myerscough College Equestrian Car Boot Sale, on Sunday 27th May. We need your old tack, riding clothing and other equine odds and ends you have lying around! All money raised from items sold will go towards funding branch events. If you have any items you wish to donate, please pass them on to a committee member.

Members at Royal Windsor Horse Show
Congratulations to Beth Humphries for her Tetrathlon success.

Beth was picked to be one of only three Pony Club members in the north of England to go and compete at the Royal Windsor Horse Show. She had the second best swim and really good run but lower shooting score due to nerves. Louie jumped so well for Beth that he was chosen by Zara from Ireland to jump for the Irish team. She finished a very creditable 14th and we are really proud of her!

Also, well done to Clare Highfield was competing in non Pony Club classes with Tyler and came 9th in the British Riding Clubs dressage championships and 6th in the lightweight hunter showing class.

Annual Trophy Show
Our Trophy Show will be taking place on Monday 4th June, at Clifton Fields. We have classes for all ages and abilities. The schedule is available on ourschedules page.

Help would also be greatly appreciated to set up and clear the field, please get in touch with Amanda if you can volunteer your time.

New Rally Date Added!
There will now be a rally on Saturday 9th June at Longhorn Stables. Please contact Barbara Ainsworth before Saturday 2nd June to book in. All ages and abilities welcome.

Area Team Selection
Anybody interested in representing the branch at the Area Qualifiers must get in touch with Barbara Ainsworth as soon as possible. We will have teams competing in Dressage, Eventing and Showjumping.

Rally/ Training Bookings
Please book in at least a week beforehand with our Chief Instructor Barbara Ainsworth by email bainsworthuk@yahoo.com or phone 07970633515. Members booking in less than a week before any event cannot be guaranteed a place.

IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT PASSPORTS
It is a legal requirement for all horses and ponies to have an up to date passport. You must carry it with you when you transport your horse or pony. Committee may check that you have your passport with you at Pony Club events. More information may be found on the Defra website.
