Anyone interested in any of the following horses/ponies should satisfy themselves that the details are correct, as they have not been verified by the HH Pony Club
12.2hh 1st pony
Blue is truly wonderful and has done everything. He is 24 years old but showing no sign of his age and will happily do minis or juniors. Will ride to suit the rider’s ability. Has done all pony club activities, pony camp, dressage, cross country and show jumping. Perfect and safe in every way. We have had him for 5 years and are very sad to let him go but my daughter has (definitely!) out grown him and he needs someone to love and ride him. He happily lives out. Open to offers but around £600 – good home is most important. Sally Stevens – firstname.lastname@example.org 07880 634454/01420 562040
WANTED FOR LOAN, 13.2hh – 14hh Pony club pony for 9 year old boy.
Looking for a genuine all-rounder who is not spooky, safe but nor too much of a kick along. We would ideally like something that is experienced in all PC disciplines to take my son forward with his riding. He has done both mini and junior camp and particularly enjoys jumping – he is currently happily jumping 45cm but with the right pony would be able to move forward quickly as he is brave. To be kept at home with other horses. Loving 5 star PC home waits.

Connemara Cross – competition pony for sale
We bought Haribo (named so because he’s such a sweetie) freshly imported from Ireland at the end of 2011, he has subsequently been brought on slowly and carefully under the professional guidance of Cheryl Bezants (who is happy to talk to interested parties).
Haribo loves show-jumping, so my daughter (then 11 years old) affiliated in March 2013, between June and the end of the year they had won £111 actual, jumping Novice and Discovery and qualified for second round (including three 1st places). He has also jumped on School and Pony Club teams, placing 1st in 90cm class last time out at Crofton Manor.
My daughter has had a brilliant time, learning to bring him on and being able to turn up to shows, knowing, if she rode well she could win. Haribo also shows great potential for dressage and learns very quickly, his schooling includes a lot of flatwork. He has had some cross country schooling and ridden in a Hunter trial and did well. Has attended Pony Club camps.
Haribo is easy to do, catch, load, vet, clip and shoe. Hacks out alone or in company. He has great temperament at shows. Bright, intelligent, loves to work, he gets on well with others. He is forward going but always ridden in a snaffle. He currently lives out all year on grass and hay, he is used to a field companion.
My daughter has frustratingly had a series of injuries over the last 11 months and has been unable to compete much at all. However schooling has continued and Haribo is ready to go.
Sadly we are having to sell this ‘pony of a lifetime’ as my daughter has grown tall very quickly and is moving up to horses. £10,000. Call Paul on 07712 129467. Nr Alton, Hampshire
Fun, forward-going, all-round fabulous 13hh mare “Millersford Bramble IV” aka Bramble
Bramble is 13hh New Forest; she is kind, willing and has the sweetest nature. She may be 18 but she behaves like a teenager and in the 2.5 years we have owned her, has never been sick nor sorry. She is a wonderful character with plenty of life left in her and she will do everything. My daughter was 9 when we got her and together they have endlessly pony-clubbed with the HHPC: hunter-trialled, where she is always placed and regularly wins at 70-80cm, hunted, ODE’d, show-jumped and given my daughter bags of confidence. The only reason for selling her, regretfully, is that my daughter is now too big for her.
Bramble is great to clip, catch, cuddle and will stand all day on her own at a trailer. She loves hunter trialling and is an exciting ride for a plucky jockey whilst the gentlest mare on the ground. She can live alone or in company, stabled or out. She is currently sharing with a gelding. She is fully shod, vaccinated, wormed, had her teeth done etc and comes with full wardrobe & tack
We are looking for a caring home for Bramble where she will be enjoyed doing the sort of things we have done with her and keeping busy.
If you would like to see her, please call Fiona Dix: 01730 821 334 or email email@example.com £1850

16.2hh Stunning Chestnut mare 6 years old
Excellent dressage prospect.
3 stunning paces won her first prelim first time out, has definitely got the WOW factor. Fantastic temperament, good to shoe, box, clip, traffic etc. not a nasty bone in her body. Since being broken Sept 2013, she has been bought on by a 16 year old doing all RC/PC activities including camp. She qualified for the RC Team Dressage Championships in April and PC Team Novice dressage championships this August finishing 9th. She jumps too, schooling over 110cms with ease at home, competed at PC Area Novice SJ 85cm and 95cm.
We have been told that she has the potential to go all the way in dressage which is why we are looking for a 5* dressage home who can continue her training and bring out her potential. She really is a lovely mare and great to have on the yard. Only for sale as her rider wants to concentrate on her eventing career. Price: £14,000ono

JERRY 13.2 ALL ROUNDER BRIGHT BAY COB GELDING
Looking for a new best friend – Jerry has been part of our family for the last 4 years and has just been the best pony ever. He is only for sale as my son who competes in Endurance has moved onto a pure bred Arab.
We bought Jerry (now 14) when my son was 7 as a safe and confidence giving all-rounder, just after my son joined our local pony club branch. Initially my son and Jerry took part in a variety of activities within pony club including mounted games, showing jumping, one day mini eventing, tetrathlon and endurance as well as attending junior camp and regular rallies. Jerry is the sort that can adapt to his rider i.e. will be safe as 1st ridden but can step up a gear for a more experienced rider.
My son has very much taken to Endurance, joining Endurance GB a couple of years ago and since, he and Jerry have concentrated on endurance, competing in the England Home International team in 2013 as well as winning the Best Junior Endurance Rider trophy at the Endurance Inter Regional competition in 2013 and coming 4th in the National Junior Rider championships also in 2013.
As much as Jerry is quite happy to take part in a mix of disciplines I would say general hacking, endurance and hunting are his favourites. Jerry has been very easy in all disciplines he has undertaken, but I would say he is only suitable for show jumping to heights of c. 2’3-2’6. Jerry’s show jumping would need to be as part of a mixed range of events. Prior to my son concentrating on endurance he did a lot of show jumping for a period of time and we did find Jerry wasn’t keen on jumping 3-4 times a week. However as soon as we began to mix the show jumping back in with other disciplines, there were no issues. So I would say Jerry isn’t suitable for someone that wants to predominantly do show jumping.
Jerry is a fantastic good doer and literally does live off fresh air, he currently lives out 24/7 in the summer months coming in at night from Nov-Mar time. He is fantastic to travel, shoe, clip, brush, with the vet and gets on well with all other horses having lived out with both mares and geldings in the time we’ve owned him and is currently babysitting our 17 month old colt.
It is a really hard decision to part company with Jerry and all homes will be thoroughly vetted, I am in no hurry to sell him and I won’t let him go to a home I don’t feel it suitable, for his benefit or yours. I am advertising him for £1850 ono, home is more important than price. His tack and extensive wardrobe are all available by separate negotiation. Jerry is fully up to date with teeth, jabs and worming and is freezemarked and microchipped. Jerry is open to Vet.
For more information and photos please call on 07801 005506, this is a hard enough decision, so please only enquire if you are genuinely interested, thank you. Jerry is based in the Lingfield area.
